In light of the current COVID 19 pandemic, you understand that there are particular risks associated with attending any outdoor gathering (including the Festival). We will take reasonable steps to comply with any relevant guidelines intended to reduce the spread of COVID 19 and we will make you aware of these measures. However, we cannot be responsible for the behaviour or health of other Festival attendees and cannot effectively ensure that no attendees at the Festival will have COVID-19. Accordingly, we will not be responsible if you catch COVID-19 at the Festival or for any illness or death of any Festival attendees caused by COVID 19.
If Smack. Festival is cancelled or postponed due to Covid 19 will I be able to receive a refund for my ticket?
Yes, you will be eligible for a refund of the full face value of your ticket. In the event of postponement of the festival, the ticket holder may elect to either use the existing ticket for the rescheduled date or apply for a refund. Refunds for rescheduled events, whereby you cannot attend the rescheduled date, will be offered via an automated email sent from Skiddle. You must follow the link within the email to request your refund within 7 days of the cancellation email being sent, or before the rescheduled event takes place (whichever is sooner). If you are aware of a rescheduled event, but do not receive an email, please contact custcare@skiddle.com immediately. We cannot accept any refund requests outside of the periods stated above. Other fees such as Booking Fees, Handling/Postage fees, Charity Donations and Ticket Refund Protection are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser or to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Your ticket will be emailed to you within 24 hours after purchase. If you do not receive it please check spam and junk mail and if not please contact us at custcare@skiddle.com and we will look into it for you.

Please only purchase from our Official Ticket Partners and beware of unauthorised ticket agents including eBay, Gumtree, Ticket Swap etc to avoid disappointment. Fraudulent tickets will be cancelled on discovery and you will not be granted access to the festival.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The name on your ticket must match your ID.
The Tower is our dedicated VIP area and is the perfect way to experience Smack. Festival.
VIP guests will be given a different wristband upon entry to the festival which grants them access to the dedicated VIP area (The Tower) which boasts a private bar & upgraded toilets for VIP use only, which also avoids queuing. There will also be seating available allowing an opportunity to take a break, rest your feet and socialise.
As a thank you to all of the people who have been on this journey with us and helped Smack. to become what it is today, we would like to show our gratitude by offer FREE VIP tickets to anyone who has worked for, or been involved with Smack.

The following list is prohibited from Smack. Festival; Glass items, candles, gas canisters, flares, knives, illegal substances, drugs, ‘legal highs’, laser equipment/pens, megaphones, nitrous oxide, animals, fireworks, smoke canisters, poles, banners or flags, drones and any items which in the absolute discretion of the Promoter are considered to be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the Festival are prohibited.
Everyone will be searched on entry and management reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items.

How do I get to Smack. Festival?
We will be providing coach travel from the following locations starting at £20 return per person:
Parking
There will be no parking on site. There is parking at nearby facilities.
Accommodation
As a day festival, there is no camping on site. There are a number of nearby hotels ranging in price which can be found on booking.com
What disabled access do you have?
We will have specific facilities available for our disabled customers. Disabled customers will also have access to disabled toilets & other facilities. If you are in need of further assistance please email james@movetogether.uk prior to the event or speak to one of our stewards on the day.
Can I charge my phone?
There will be a phone charging facilities on site for a minimal fee.
Will there be cash points?
We will have cash points available on site. These will be clearly sign posted upon your entry into the festival grounds. Please make reference to our site map for an accurate location of each individual cash point.
